Who am I?
Hey, I’m Oliver — the coach behind Your Next Nutrition.
Like a lot of people, I’ve spent years trying to figure out my own relationship with food. I’ve gone through the phases of tracking everything, overthinking every choice, and feeling stuck when the “perfect plan” didn’t actually fit real life. Through all of that, I’ve learned that nutrition isn’t about discipline or willpower, it’s about building habits that last, understanding what your body needs, and having the right accountability to stay consistent.
Outside of coaching, I’ve worked for years as a product manager, which means solving problems, managing priorities, and helping teams hit their goals. That background shapes how I coach — structured where it matters, flexible where it counts. I help clients cut through the noise, focus on what really moves the needle, and create a plan that fits their lifestyle instead of fighting against it.
I also compete in powerlifting, which has taught me that progress takes time, patience, and showing up even when it’s hard. That’s the same mindset I bring to nutrition coaching: steady growth, long-term focus, and celebrating the wins along the way.
